Peach Outreach is at it again…takin’ the love up and beyond the rooftops, that is! It’s time for the Third Annual “It’s All About U | Rooftop Yoga Under The Stars atop NOEL Furniture! There will be a drawing for super cool prizes, swag bags for everyone, the Tilas mexican food truck (Order before yoga to eat after OR have a taco before practice), shaved ice from Friohana, and Nothing Bundt Cakes! Athleta is our major sponsor, already having donated 100 Yoga Mats to our early bird entrants! We’ll have some sweet prizes and bag stuffers as well!

And what an OMazing Teacher Line-Up we have in Marcy Kurtz, Nancy Sheridan Perry & Laura Calcaterra from BIG Power Yoga, Roger Rippy of YogaOne, and Special Guest all the way from NYC, Bethany Lyons of Lyons Den Power Yoga!!! Can you say, “WOW?!?!”

Peach Outreach is an amazing organization that is all about raising awareness about, and generating funds for further research on, uterine and gynecological cancers.

50 minutes of asana to gently release the chakra centers, supported with Live Ambient melodies provided by Anthony, focusing on actively moving prana through the chakras, vibrating the root bijas of each chakra in order to access the necessary physical and mental release found in 40 minutes of deep guided meditation.

ARE You Updated? You ARE Now!

Hello! I’d like to give you an update on some upcoming AREXPRESSIONS FUN! First up, this Saturday I’ll be shooting some photos at Breakfast Yoga Club’s January Event at 9am sharp! Then, that same afternoon from 2-4pm I’ll be adding some melodies in Dana & Belem’s Vin/Yin Yoga Workshop at YogaOne Uptown!

January 31st through February 2nd is the annual Texas Yoga Conference!!! That Friday around noon I’ll be performing with Emancipated Soul Movement and that Saturday night at 7:45 I’ll be playing guitar for Donna DeLory! Can you say, “STOKED?!?!?!” This is going to be an awesome event all around that you will not want to miss!

Hold up! Not done yet! Come February 9th is Expedition Balance’s next Vinyasa For Vets event which will be held at Houston’s own St. Arnold’s Brewery! I’m happy to say that I’ll have the honor of providing some melodies for the yoga class! St. Arnold’s is my favorite beer by the way.

Yoga Is So Much More Than Just The Asanas: Work (and play) shop

Hello! Have you heard? Yoga Is So Much More Than Just The Asanas! This two hour workshop at Joy Yoga Center, led by Loraine Frow of Anahata Yoga and myself, Anthony Rodriguez, of AREXPRESSIONS will open you up into deeper knowledge and experience of yoga. Loraine will discuss with you The 8 Limbs of Yoga, guide you through an All Levels Vinyasa Asana Practice and close out with fifteen minutes of Guided Meditation. I’m grateful to be providing live music that will assist in breathing you through this fine journey.

AREXPRESSIONS also performs live music for Loraine’s Sunday 10:15am All Levels Yoga Class and Natalie Fox Maisel’s Thursday 7:30pm Beginner’s Class. We’d love to see you there!

Joy Winkler, owner at Joy Yoga Center, also has online yoga classes available for streaming and download at My Universal Joy for those of you who cannot make it to a studio! Awesome, huh? I’ll be providing live music in select online classes in the near future as well! ❤ Gratitude~
